ICE Robotics was created as a stand-alone division and integrated solutions partner for SoftBank Robotics committed to revolutionizing the cleaning industry through the distribution, deployment and service of intelligent cleaning products globally. Our leadership team is comprised of cleaning industry veterans that understand your business.

What is automation?

Automation is the technology by which a process or procedure is performed with minimal human assistance.

How can automation save my business money?

You can save money by eliminating large upfront investments on cleaning equipment. Our subscription model offers a month by month low flat fee.

How can automation save my cleaning staff time?

By adding a co-bot you can offload mundane tasks like vacuuming and scrubbing so your cleaning staff can focus on more pertienent tasks.

What is Whiz Connect?

Whiz Connect is a cloud-based fleet tracking system that provides real time data and key updates, all available to end users through an easy to access portal. 

What is confirmed clean?

Through our fleet tracking technology and software, end users can track the use of equipment including days, times, and frequency of use. Because of this fleet tracking software, end users can “confirm” the cleaning has been done and report results to applicable persons.  


What is i-Synergy?

ICE Robotics’ i-Synergy technology is available in our line of sweepers and scrubbers. i-Synergy technology is a cloud-based fleet management system that can be managed by app or website on any device and accessed through a customized portal provided with each subscription.

What is fleet tracking?

Fleet Tracking software allows end users to login into a data collection platform to monitor the use of equipment. No matter the number of machines you subscribe to with us, you will be able to track the whereabouts of each one, when and for how long it is used, and even who uses the machine. Fleet tracking technology is designed to support your overall fleet management—making it easier for you to speak to the work being done, all from one location.

What is the subscription model?

ICE Robotics’ subscription service is a long-term lease. Instead of having to make a large upfront payment on equipment, consumers can lease the cleaning machine for a set amount of time, plan on a set monthly payment, and enjoy the added benefits of continued service provided by us. 

What is included in the subscription cost?

The set monthly payment includes service provided by experienced professionals, maintenance and parts, access to fleet tracking data analytics and reporting, as well as regular software updates and upgrades. 

Why subscription vs. buying?

Subscription services help free up cash flow for purchasers. By using a subscription service, consumers can save on large capital investments, rely on a set monthly payment, gain access to important software updates and technology upgrades, as well as work with experienced service professionals who help track important data and service updates, and assist with maintenance requestsWe offer an all-inclusive subscription model on our equipment.  

Can I buy equipment or just rent?

ICE Robotics only offer subscription services.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our subscriptions policy is flexible. If you are not completely satisfied with the equipment you can return it within 60 days.

How do we train our staff?

Training is included in your subscription. Our experienced support team will meet you and your team on-site to teach you everything you need to know about the equipment. We also offer virtual tools including  how to videos, quick start guides, and virtual meetings to ensure your team is fully operational.

How is i-Synergy serviced?

Due to real time alerts tracked through the i-Synergy platform, technicians can trouble shoot any issues virtually. Should a repair or maintenance be necessary, we will try to fix the problem remotely, or send a licensed technician to your location to get your i-Synergy equipment back up and running.  

How is Whiz serviced?

We offer Whiz through a swap model subscription. This means, should you experience any issues with Whiz, you have access to experienced technicians that can trouble shoot from remote locations. If we cannot fix the problem, we will swap your Whiz unit for a new one—making the use of Whiz simple and easy.  

How do I maintain my machine?
